Since 1979 our Certified Master Inspectors have been providing professional, independent, experienced inspection services to Hoosiers. Our reports have been carefully developed over the last 44 years to provide thorough, detailed, unbiased information about homes and buildings.

As a small business we are determined to do the right thing. That means following the code of ethics & Indiana license law. We work for you, the client, we do not work for the realtor. Being independent has been critical for our long term vision.

Our services include home & building inspections for traditional real estate transactions (purchasers), new construction inspections &/or monitoring, pre-listing inspections (property owners preparing for the sale before the house is listed on the market), warranty inspections (during the warranty period of a new home), or special investigations (specific problem areas at the house that need investigated for the existing homeowner or professional).
