In July 2013 Big Rivers received approval from the Utility Regulatory Commission to revise the weatherization programs for Meade RECC & Kenergy. Jackson Purchase Energy was just approved in October 2013! We are pleased to announce that diagnostic audits & weatherization services which were previously at cost to consumers now may be availabe free to you. Please see details below. ELECTRIC HEATED HOMES:

Meade RECC, Kenergy & Jackson Purchase Energy are pleased to offer, as always,  a free energy evaluation of your home. If it is determined that your home has opportunity for energy saving improvements then your electric provider will pay for 100% of the Diagnostic Audit Fee AND up to $2500 in FREE weatherization services  in your home. A $100 fully refundable deposit is required at the time of audit & will be refunded once weatherization measures have been installed.

 

GAS HEATED HOMES:

Meade RECC, Kenergy & Jackson Purchase Energy are pleased to offer, as always, a free energy evaluation of your home. If it is determined that your home has opportunity for energy saving improvements then your electric provider will pay a portion of the Diagnostic Audit ($225) and up to $1000 in FREE weatherization services in your home.
